Arkai Technologies WhatsApp Chatbot. Last updated: January 29, 2026. Intelligent agent specialized in automated medical appointment management. Important clarification: The Service is limited to appointment scheduling. Does NOT perform medical consultations, diagnoses or clinical responses. No marketing messages are sent.

Introduction

This chatbot uses WhatsApp Business API to facilitate scheduling, rescheduling and canceling appointments, as well as information about services, hours and prices. We comply with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and WhatsApp Business API policies by Meta. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect: WhatsApp number, username, appointment messages, appointment information (date, time, service, professional), voluntary documents (ID, receipts), preferences. Automatic: chatbot usage, conversation history, appointment records, timezone. We DO NOT collect: clinical medical information, diagnoses, medical records, exam results.

How We Use Your Information

We use information exclusively to: manage appointments (schedule, reschedule, cancel), send reminders (Meta UTILITY templates), provide service/hours/price information, send confirmations, location instructions, allow dashboard monitoring, improve Service. We DO NOT use for: marketing, advertising, sharing with commercial third parties, advertising profiles.
