Personal Data Deletion Policy

Arkai Technologies WhatsApp Chatbot - Intelligent Agent for Medical Appointment Management. Last updated: January 29, 2026. This policy establishes the procedures for the deletion of personal data collected through the chatbot, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and WhatsApp Business API policies by Meta.

Introduction and Objective

We guarantee the exercise of the right to deletion of personal data of data subjects who use our medical appointment scheduling service through WhatsApp, establishing clear procedures, response times, and verification mechanisms in accordance with Colombian law.

Request Procedure

Channels: admin@arkai.com.co or through the WhatsApp chatbot itself. Requirements: full name, WhatsApp number, identity document, specific data to be deleted. We will verify identity through document and phone number before proceeding.

Deletion Criteria

Deletion proceeds when: data is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, there are no pending appointments, or the retention period has expired. Exceptions: scheduled pending appointments, legal obligations, or ongoing claims.
