By accessing or using the Arkai Technologies WhatsApp chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Arkai Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Service Description
Intelligent agent using WhatsApp Business API for automated medical appointment management 24/7. Allows scheduling, rescheduling and canceling appointments, querying services and prices, office hours, receiving confirmations and reminders. LIMITATION: Does NOT perform medical consultations, diagnoses or clinical recommendations.
Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian authorization), have legal capacity to accept these terms, not be prohibited by applicable laws, and have an active WhatsApp account.
